​The Mystery Inc. gang is ready for a vacation and heads down to Blowout Beach for the legendary “Bingo Bash” party. Fred and Velma are even determined to shed their mystery-obsessed reputation and prove to Shaggy and Scooby that they can be the fun-loving “Captains of the Bash.” However, the party atmosphere quickly goes sour when the beach is terrorized by ghostly figures: the notorious Ghost Pirates of Captain Brutimore Bash and Bingo Belle! The spectral buccaneers have scared everyone away and appear to be after a hidden treasure.
