​Picking up after the events of the first film, Hutch is working off the debt he accrued by becoming an “Auditor” again, performing dangerous assignments for The Barber (Colin Salmon). The relentless violence is straining his relationship with his wife, Becca (Connie Nielsen). To reconnect with his family, Hutch plans a sentimental trip to a seemingly quaint, small-town amusement park called Plummerville, a place from his own childhood.

​His attempt at a normal life is instantly shattered. A minor altercation at an arcade escalates rapidly, first involving local bullies, then drawing the ire of the town’s corrupt leaders: theme-park operator Wyatt (John Ortiz) and Sheriff Abel (Colin Hanks). Hutch’s desire for a break is violently denied, and he finds himself pitted against a powerful new adversary, the brutal crime boss Lendina (Sharon Stone), whose criminal enterprise runs through the town.

​When the stakes escalate to an existential threat, Hutch’s brother Harry (RZA) and his father David (Christopher Lloyd)—now fully embracing his own lethal side—arrive to turn the booby-trapped amusement park into a chaotic, explosive fortress for an epic final showdown.
