​The film centers on Elise (Angela Morena), a woman who, after a devastating experience involving sexual assault and public humiliation, finds herself meek, dependent, and emotionally shattered. Determined to reclaim her life and her safety, she enrolls in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) class.

​BJJ, a martial art focused on leverage, grappling, and control, becomes a metaphor for Elise’s life. She is mentored by Ace (Yuki Sakamoto), and the art helps her transform not just her body, but her entire mindset.
