​The film introduces Sabel (Micaella Raz), a young bride who, along with her new husband, Bryan (Benz Sangalang), is attacked by three men during their honeymoon. The three men—led by the privileged Jethro Banzon (JC Tan), the son of a local mayor—brutally assault Sabel and murder Bryan. The couple’s bodies are dumped at sea.

​Miraculously, Sabel survives. Washed up on a remote, isolated island, she is found and taken under the wing of Mang Nestor (Julio Diaz), a mysterious ex-military officer and convicted killer.
