​The film introduces Nico Catapang (Jiad Arroyo), a young, good-looking man trying to make a career as a model. Desperate for affordable living, he accepts a steep discount on a small apartment (Paupahan) managed by Analyn Salvacion (Tiffany Grey). Analyn is the granddaughter of the building’s owner and is responsible for its upkeep.

​Analyn quickly develops an intense, consuming fixation on her new tenant, Nico. While she offers him kindness and a rent break, her interest quickly crosses into dangerous territory. Nico becomes increasingly uncomfortable when he realizes he is under constant surveillance. Analyn and her elderly grandmother, Lola Esther (Odette Khan), are revealed to be voyeurs, using hidden peepholes and possibly more insidious methods to watch Nico’s every private moment. The once quiet apartment turns into a prison where Nico’s sanity is constantly tested. He struggles to maintain his professional life and budding romance, all while trying to uncover how Analyn is watching him and why she is so determined to keep him close. The film is a disturbing exploration of psychological control and the terror of losing one’s privacy, culminating in a dramatic confrontation as Nico attempts to break free from the obsessive grasp of his stalker.
