​The true villain is the ruthless international crime lord LC (RZA), who runs an underground fighting ring and is obsessed with collecting the world’s best fighters, branded with numbers (like the deadly No. 2 and No. 20). LC is using the kidnapped Khon in a plot to assassinate politicians at a peace summit to incite a civil war and fuel his arms dealing business. Kham must fight his way through LC’s entire network of numbered assassins to clear his name and save Khon before the elephant is used as a deadly, explosive weapon.
